Our client, a well-established Dental clinic in Westlands is looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager for their offices based in Nairobi, Kenya. The ideal candidate Must have experience working in a service setting. Experience with HMIS system will be an added advantage. Must have at least 3 years working experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, welcome, engage and orient them to the clinic in the best way possible.
- Develops tracks & reports key performance measurements for the unit & overall customer care.
- Obtain, record and register patients’ information to the online platform.
- Verify insurance details for patients guide them through proper claim form filling.
- Manage chat on the website & Facebook messenger to respond to customer queries/compliments.
- Queuing patients to their respective doctors and treatment rooms.
- Keep track of appointment schedules and confirm patients’ appointments.
- Follow up activation i.e. activation of patients seen during outreaches.
- Follow up on approval from insurances.
- Receive non-clinical deliveries to the clinic and dispatch authorized materials.
- Work with management on customer service initiatives.
- Ask customers to provide feedback on customer service experience.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in front office or related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of HMIS will be an added advantage.
- Must have impeccable communication skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, social and multitasking skills.
- Be able to work with erratic work schedules.
- Show willingness to learn new processes, systems and technologies.
- Have a passion for service with a personable attitude and friendliness.
