Our client, a Global Access Solution Company with a wide range of portfolio comprising of door hardware, entrance system, electronic access & data, lodging systems, safe locks and Interior glass system is looking for a Services Sales Consultant to provide B to B sales, account management and customer support. The ideal candidate MUST have experience selling service-related products to facilities management companies, Hotels, Corporates and Retailers. Candidates from security sector/building and construction will have a distinct advantage and the measures of success will include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction & contribution to the overall sales team and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels.
- Represent the Company with excellent customer service.
- Timely and accurate customer response and order entry.
- Assist with investigating and solving customer requirements.
- Plan prepare & execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Create & deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
Qualification:
- Must have a minimum of 4 years selling services related solution.
- Must have a minimum of bachelor’s degree.
- Must have a strong network with facilities/property managers, hotels, corporates, retailers, hospitals and commercial buildings.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and personal car.
- Well organized & keep track of customer orders.
- Ability to think out of the box and create solutions for the best turnaround time.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
