Our client, a well-established Restaurant in Kuwait is looking to recruit a Pizza Line cook for an Italian pizza restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the head chef in preparation and cooking. The ideal candidate must have a diploma in food and beverage, with proven working experience in a Pizza restaurant or an Italian restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food for service.
- Set up and stocking kitchen stations with all necessary supplies.
- Monitor food levels, and communicate low food levels situations to Kitchen managers.
- Ascertain that product quality and freshness is maintained according to the protocols of the company.
- Carry out stock inventory.
- The answer, report and follow Head chef or sous chef instructions.
Qualifications:
- Must have a diploma in food and beverage.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- Must have experience working in a Pizza or Italian restaurant.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Candidate must have a valid E-passport.
- Must be willing to relocate to Kuwait.
- Must be willing to go through the visa requirement process.
