Our Client a floriculture trading Company based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit an Accounts Manager. Reporting to the Commercial Manager the successful candidates Must have experience working in a Floriculture trading Organisation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our organization.
- Build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions.
- Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
- Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers.
- Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
- Establishes appropriate relationships with customers and leverages those relationships to win new business.
- Deep understanding of the customer’s business, it’s market and industry alongside key decision-makers and influencers in account organization.
Qualifications:
- Relevant University Degree.
- Must have experience working in the Floriculture Sector.
- Ability to think strategically and drive sales transformation programmes.
- Significant experience in Account Management field.
- Must have costing experience.
- Must be able to communicate exceptionally well in English; both written and spoken.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
- Must have the ability to stay calm when customers are stressed.
- Must have good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under minimal to no supervision.
