Our Client a floriculture trading Company based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit an Accounts Manager. Reporting to the Commercial Manager the successful candidates Must have experience working in a Floriculture trading Organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our organization.
  • Build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions.
  • Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers.
  • Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
  • Establishes appropriate relationships with customers and leverages those relationships to win new business.
  • Deep understanding of the customer’s business, it’s market and industry alongside key decision-makers and influencers in account organization.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant University Degree.
  • Must have experience working in the Floriculture Sector.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive sales transformation programmes.
  • Significant experience in Account Management field.
  • Must have costing experience.
  • Must be able to communicate exceptionally well in English; both written and spoken.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Must have the ability to stay calm when customers are stressed.
  • Must have good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal to no supervision.
