Our client, a well-established mid-sized company is seeking to recruit a Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performance team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resourcing and maximizing our sales team potential and crafting sales plans. He/she must have 3 – 5 years of experience working in the E-commerce sector and having managed a big sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s’ customer base and depth.
- Ensure strong brand presence across the target market segments and markets.
- Achieve and exceed client acquisition and grow sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and activities.
- Recruiting, training, setting objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by effectively engaging with them.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Evolve the current proposition to match changing and predictive customer needs.
- Develop new products and propositions to tap into new/emerging opportunities in the market.
Qualifications:
- Must a relevant bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Must have 3 – 5 years’ experience working as a Sales Manager or Supervisor in the E-commerce sector.
- Must have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Must have the ability to plan and implement sales strategies.
- Must have experience in Customer Relationship Management.
- Must have experience managing and directing a team of 10 sales representatives.
- Experience in driving digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management.
