Clinical Application Specialist – Nairobi, Kenya.

Our client, a group of companies that are in different sectors i.e. Engineering, Construction, Oil & Gas, Agriculture, Security and Medical Equipment’s are seeking to recruit a Clinical Application Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Providing technical application and clinical support during the whole sales process including presales tendering process. He/she must have at least 4 years’ experience working in the same position in the Medical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical application and clinical support during the whole sales process including presales tendering process.
• Develop and deliver product application training to customers and sales team.
• Collect and analyse products application and clinical information to understand and meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the relevant supervisor to ensure the products are suitable for the target market.
• Providing sales support by assisting Sales Managers in the presentation of the product.
• Defining and highlighting the clinical need to prospective customers through product demonstration.
• Providing onsite as well as remote support in an ongoing capacity to customers.
• Perform training classes in the assigned region.
• In conjunction with key sites, help to develop a clinical protocol.
• Help to generate Customer information updates and ensuring these updates reach intended recipients.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least 4 years’ experience in clinical application.
• Strong communication and demonstration skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Self-driven, focused and goal-oriented.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
