Our client, an International College in Kuwait is looking for dynamic and engaged full-time Marketing and Business Administration Lecturer for its newly established School of Business. The ideal candidate should be an innovative professional who leverages professional trends and technologies to deliver relevant classroom experiences. Must have a Ph.D. degree in Business Administration (Marketing or related field) & at least 5 years’ experience teaching in a recognized university.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be innovative and leverage professional trends and technologies to deliver relevant classroom experiences.
- Teach marketing management, critical thinking for consumer decisions, and business general education courses.
- Demonstrate experience with standard industry tools including case simulations and the finance lab.
- Perform research and school and college service in addition to teaching responsibilities.
- Provide leadership in undergraduate programs, curriculum development, mentoring, and start-ups.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Terminal degree in Business Administration – Marketing or related field.
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience teaching Business Administration in a recognised university.
- Willing to relocate to Kuwait.
- Commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarship.
- The successful candidate will be a leader and current, active member of the marketing field.
- Must have an interest and experience working effectively with a diverse university community.
- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with faculty from a variety of disciplines.
- Must be passionate about teaching and mentoring students, building successful learning environments.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- The ability to speak Arabic will be an added advantage.
