Our client, an Innovative, Reliable and Secure Access Construction Solution Company is seeking a skilled Accountant to prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. The desired candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or CPA III. He/she must have 4 years’ accounting experience and be well conversant with SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Document financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information.
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger.
- Complete tax forms.
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements.
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handles payroll in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related course.
- CPA III.
- 4 years’ accounting experience.
- Must currently be using or have recently used SAP.
- Awareness of international business trends.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
