Kenyans on Twitter (KOT) have shared their frustrations with Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i decision to arrest the Head Teacher of a High School that recently suffered a bandit attack.

Matiang'i explained that the Tot High School headteacher should be made to account for violating government policy on the movement of school buses and students at the time the attack happened.

But a section of Kenyans say the government is shifting blame after failing to provide security in the area.

Tot School students were among those attacked by bandits on Thursday, February 17.

Here are some of the reactions.
