Our client a fast paced, high-end spa is looking to recruit a well versed Front Office candidate for one of their branches in Nairobi. The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for providing direct support to the Spa Manager and staff members. She will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the facility and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction are attained. The ideal candidate Must have at least 5 years’ experience in Front Office and Administrative Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Greet guests enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive experience.
  • Ensures guest satisfaction through adherence to the Spa policies and procedures.
  • Answer phones and take spa reservations to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain product knowledge and complete knowledge of benefits of products and services.
  • Maintain constant communication with spa staff regarding appointment bookings.
  • Respond to members’ questions and concerns as needed.
  • Provide additional support to the Spa Manager as needed.

 Qualifications:

  •  At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be organised and efficient.
  • Ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative and strong work ethic.
  • Must be open-minded and flexible.
  • Must have a keen eye on marketing and like to sell and upsell.
