Africa has been depending on U.S for aid and financial assistance.
However, U.S Presidential-elect Donald Trump has announced that his government plans to cut funding some African states (including Kenya) and this might greatly affect these countries.
Trump also talked about the fight against terror group, Al-Shabaab and asked why the U.S has been involved in fighting against these groups with no success.
Speaking on an interview, Government spokesman Erick Kiraithe said that Kenyans should be worried with Trump’s questions on the fight against Al-Shabaab.
Trump did not fail to mention the corrupt states which he believes are stealing and misusing their money and he plans to stop this immediately he is sworn in.
African nations have been receiving aid from the U.S and its withdrawal might affect many people including those suffering from HIV/AIDS.
