Babu Owino in court, charged with incitement to violence

Embakasi East MP Paul Ongili, alias Babu Owino, was on Tuesday charged with incitement to violence.

His lawyers Siaya Senator James Orengo and Rarieda MP Otiende Amolo applied for the MP to be released on bond.

Prosecution however opposed the application saying it had compelling reasons to deny the accused bond.
