Our client, a global provider of Premium Access Solutions and Services to enable better buildings is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator. The successful candidate must have experiences working with SAP ERP System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and align all activities with the Regional product and marketing strategy.
  • Process orders via email or phone.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Develop monthly sales reports.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features.

Qualification:

  • Must have an excellent background working with SAP ERP System.
  • Must have a higher diploma or bachelors in Business.
  • Must have excellent presentation skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent is mandatory.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be bubbly and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds.
