Reservation Consultant.

Our client, a very high-end Safari Touring Group, is looking for a Reservation Consultant with a good knowledge of the luxury and niche market. The successful candidate must have at least 4 years of experience working in the Touring industry and demonstrate ability to accurately and in a timely manner deal with a large volume of enquiries. Experience in the Touring industry is a MUST!

Responsibilities:

• Handling any enquiries sent to them in a polite, professional, accurate and timely manner.
• Responding to any enquiries on the same day as receiving them.
• Inputting the enquiries correctly into all systems i.e. the CRM, Resquest and Tour Costing Software. Accuracy is key.
• Dealing with both direct and agent enquires and always acting with the companies best interests in mind.
• Building positive relationships with clients and suppliers alike.
• Ensuring all payments for their bookings are collected on time.
• Working within the team and assisting with day to day needs of the company as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the industry and handling tours.
• Excellent Communications skills – both verbal and written.
• Excellent knowledge of the high end East Africa Touring market.
• Experience working with Resquest and Tour Costing Software.
