Our client, a Global Security Company with headquarters in Nairobi is looking to recruit a Talent & People Operations Manager. The successful candidate would have an excellent background in succession planning, labor laws, implement talent management framework and collaborate with business leaders to achieve organization objectives. He/ She Must demonstrate excellent experience working in the global or multinational organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the management to implement the talent management framework.
- Collaborate with business leaders across the Company to understand business goals.
- Guide the business on agile workforce planning, internal deployments and talent solutions.
- Define critical roles in succession planning as well as facilities and support succession planning initiatives.
- Support proactive talent retention initiatives and programs for the company.
- Provide high-level support in design, development and implementation of on-boarding initiatives.
- Contribute significantly to the employment branding of the Company as a preferred “Employer of Choice.”
- Responsible for HR policies, systems and processes.
- Ensure excellent industrial relations.
- Ensure competitive compensation and benefits schemes.
- Responsible for learning and development systems and plans that optimize employee capability.
- Support cost-effective employee welfare programs that motivate staff.
Qualification:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource and Business Administration.
- Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management – IHRM.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience on Talent Management, Recruitment & Selection, Learning and
- Development and Performance Management.
- Experience of working in labor intensive and unionized environments.
- Must have a working knowledge of the labor & employment laws.
