They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
  • Preparation of salary accounts.
  • Filing and preparing permits.
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
  • Dealing with incoming email, licences, faxes and post.
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
  • Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management/Commerce/Business Administration/Business Communication.
  • Advanced-level and proficiency in Computer Packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Typing speed skills (Must).
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • 5 years’ experience.
  • Female, aged 30-40 years.
