Italian Chefs – Naivasha,Kenya

Our client, private luxurious hotels in Naivasha is looking for 2 qualified Italian trained chefs to be based in Naivasha. The successful candidates Must have experience preparing and cooking Italian dishes and Must be willing to live in Naivasha. The ideal candidates Must have the inspiration to grow, goal-oriented and motivated.

Key responsibilities:
• Coming up with a great ala carte, buffet Italian menu
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
• Controlling food cost
• Creating enticing, delicious and well plated Italian meals.
• Great at baking different varieties of Italian pasties
• Taking stock and inventories
• Coming up with a Shopping list when needed

Qualifications:
• Relevant Diploma degree.
• Must have over 2 years of experience working in an Italian Restaurant.
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Computer literate
