Our client is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager who is driven by the desire to satisfy customers. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate the activities of the restaurant operations and staff, ensure quality product and excellent service to the hotel guests and walk-in customers. He/she will be responsible for building brand awareness of the hotel, drive business in innovative ways and brand within the local community. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager and 5 years in the field of Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities: –
• Ensure a wide variety of products is maintained in the premises
• Ensures full compliance with all statutory authorities
• Overall responsibility for stock control
• Work with executive head chef to ensure full SOP in place
• Buffet creation with head chef to be unique, attractive and well decorated
• In charge of developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community relations
• Create fun, stylish and attractive monthly and seasonal events in to promote to the guests and director
•nMaintain client satisfaction, initiating improvements and building relationships with patrons
• Any other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualification: –
• At least 3 years previous experience as a Restaurant Manager and 5 years in Hospitality
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Beverage Management or related discipline
• A natural leader, with the ability to manage and get the best from a team
• Excellent guest service skills always exceeding guest expectations
• Must be a hands-on manager
• Must have outstanding communication abilities
• Must have experience using business social media
