Specialist ENT Physician – Swaziland, Africa (2 Year Contract)

Our Client, a large group of private clinics and hospitals across Swaziland, Namibia and Angola is looking to recruit a Specialist ENT Physician to be based in Swaziland the successful candidate will be responsible for examining, diagnosing and treating disorders, diseases, and injuries of the ear, nose and throat. He or she Must have at least 5 years’ experience in post specialist training work experience and willing to relocate to Swaziland.

Key Responsibilities
• Treat & investigate any ear, nose and throat related problem
• Inform patients of the precautions they have to take
• Recommend surgery to patients in cases of severe damage
• Make charts about the history of all the patients
• Write prescriptions for medication and provide directions on how to take medication
• Build good relations with all the patients

Qualifications
• Must have a postgraduate Master of Medicine (MMed) specialising in ENT
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience as an ENT specialist
• Candidates with prior Management of medical ICU patients would be an added advantage
• Must demonstrate the current clinical practice of a high standard
• Must be able to adapt clinical practice in accordance with contemporary evidence-based practice.
• Must have impeccable communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with other staff and practitioners
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Willingness and commitment to training
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
