Our client a technology-based courier company is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper able to perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years’ bookkeeping experience and CPA I.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Reconciling all balance sheet accounts.
  • Completing VAT returns.
  • Checking company bank statements.
  • Month-end journals.
  • Preparation of accounts to trial balance stage.
  • Debt request.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum CPA I.
  • 5-year minimum of book-keeping experience.
  • Experience using Tally, QuickBooks Online and Xero is essential.
  • Relevant book-keeping qualifications preferred.
  • Competency with Microsoft Excel to intermediate level.
  • Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload.
  • Strong attention to detail.
