Our client, a start-up in the E-commerce sector is seeking to recruit high performing Sales Representatives who will be responsible for enabling the organization to meet its customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives and assertive sales. The ideal candidates will be responsible for proactively crafting and actualizing your sales plan in consultation with the Sales Manager to ensure you meet your targets. The ideal candidates must have 1- 3 years of experience working in Sales E-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Seek customer feedback on the company’s products.
- Provide regular sales reports.
- Provide financial advice to clients according to their requirements and risk profile, as well as the performance of the specific portfolios.
- Maintain a regular follow-up with clients to maintain strong customer service.
- Approaching potential customers, answering questions, and understanding customer’s needs and concerns.
- Supply management with feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Actively participate in the Digital Media Engagement Activities.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications:
- Must a relevant Diploma or Certificate.
- Must have 1 – 3 years’ experience working as a Sales representative in the E-commerce sector.
- Must have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
- A passion and commitment to quality service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented and able to work under strict deadlines to meet sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
