Our client a courier company is looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be a well presented outgoing individual responsible for generating and maintaining of new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and coordinating sales and associated marketing activities for the business to include CRM and social media management. He/she Must have at least 4 years’ experience in sales & marketing in a B2B selling environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to queries, handling inbound sales calls.
  • Place proactive outbound calls to potential prospects and follow up regularly with existing contacts.
  • Quickly qualify sales opportunities and work to reach the decision-makers within the company.
  • Study the market, generate lead lists and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Make efficient use of business-to-business referrals, leverage existing relationships to cement new opportunities.
  • Maintaining company files and data via CRM software.
  • Research and propose ideas for new lead generation opportunities.
  • Coming up with ideas to market the company successfully.
  • Planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s Communication and Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness.
  • Assisting with promotional materials, presentations and events.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Management.
  • At least 4 years’ experience selling B2B products or services.
  • Experience in building a contact database.
  • Highly organised, thorough and with great attention to detail.
  • Outgoing and confident, with the ability to interact with customers and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Highly motivated and driven individual ready to pick up the phone and build relationships.
  • A commitment to uncompromisingly high standards and excellent quality.
  • Strong IT and Social media competencies.
  • Fast learner and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A proactive problem-solver and decision-maker who is happy to work independently.
