Our client, a provider of courier and logistics services, is looking for an experienced B2B Sales & Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be a well presented outgoing individual responsible for generating and maintaining new business opportunities. He/she Must have at least 4 years’ experience in sales & marketing in a B2B selling environment. The position will be highly incentive-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Study the market, generate lead lists, and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Make efficient use of business-to-business referrals, leverage existing relationships to cement new opportunities.
- Research and propose ideas for new lead generation opportunities.
- Idea generation to market the company successfully.
- Place proactive outbound calls to potential prospects and follow up regularly with existing contacts.
- Respond to queries and handle inbound sales calls.
- Quickly qualify sales opportunities and work to reach the decision-makers within the company.
- Planning, implementing and monitoring the company’s Communication and Social Media strategy.
- Assisting with promotional materials, presentations, and events.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience selling B2B services.
- Proven experience building a contact database.
- Outgoing and confident, with the ability to interact with customers and influence purchasing decisions.
- Aggressive, highly motivated and driven individual ready to reach out to potential clients and build relationships.
- A commitment to uncompromisingly high standards and excellent quality.
- Strong IT and Social media competencies.
- Fast learner and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- A proactive problem-solver and decision-maker who is happy to work independently.
