Over the last decade, our client has proven to be an important tool for providing investors and consumers with current and historical information on housing prices, inflation etc. in order to make informed decisions. They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation (occasional travel with the manager).
- Preparation of salary accounts, filing and preparing permits.
- Meeting visitors, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries.
- Researching and reporting.
- Manage incoming mail, licenses, faxes and post.
- Producing documents, briefing papers and presentations.
- Organizing, attending as well as prepping the manager for meetings.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and staff.
- Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management / Commerce / Business Administration / Business Communication.
- Advanced-level and proficiency in computer packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Typing speed skills (MUST).
- 5 years’ experience.
- Female and aged 30-40 years.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Secretarial skills, adaptability and integrity.
