A dynamic Automotive Company with a variety of Brands is seeking to recruit a Brand Manager for one of their Vehicle Brand. The successful candidate will be provide leadership in the development and implementation of the Brands Strategy to achieve profitable results under sales, service and parts. The ideal candidate Must have over 5 years working experience in the motor industry from a reputable organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Brand strategy to support the achievement of the Company’s Strategy on increased profitability and market share for all the brand.
- Supervise the sales, parts, and service team to ensure the team is motivated and highly performing.
- Oversee effective management and control of financial expenditure at the Brands Division level for enhanced profitability.
- Implement effective systems that facilitate communication and employee participation to ensure employee retention and satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor Brands capacity in terms of human resources to ensure the Brands operations are fully supported.
- Identify business opportunities for the Brands within the region to increase market share for all the brands assigned.
- Monitor compliance with statutory and manufacture requirements with the support of the respective brands, to ensure minimal risk exposure to Company due to noncompliance.
- Network with key stakeholders within the community to promote branch services and identify business opportunities.
- Promote customer satisfaction through timely resolution of all customer complaints for Brand business.
- Coordinate general administration of the Brands to ensure that its facilities and resources are safe and secure in line with the Anzen guidelines.
- Coordinate the collection of information at the Brands Division level on competitor activities to ensure the availability of information required to develop market penetration strategies on parts, sales and service for all the brands assigned.
- Develop Brands targets for parts, sales and service, to support the achievement of the overall business targets on the Brands 3Ss.
- Monitor the performance of the Brands on the 3Ss against the agreed targets for the brands, report on, and develop plans to address any gaps identified.
- Monitor the Brand’s cash sales and credit accounts to ensure full compliance with the Company’s guidelines by all departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive or business-related field.
- Must have over 5 years working experience in the motor industry from a reputable organization.
- Post graduate Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to promote ‘win-win’ outcomes.
- Ability to listen and interact meaningfully with people from across the social spectrum, from technicians to CEOs.
- Energetic, versatile and enthusiastic with ability to motivate team.
- Expertise and experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and professional standards.
- Warehouse and inventory management skills.
- Product knowledge.
- Performance management skills.
- Customer management skills.
- Knowledge of EHS policies & practices.
