Our client, a Software Provider that offers cloud-hosted B2B GPS Tracking software solution, is looking to recruit a Customer Onboarding (Inbound) Sales Representative to be based in Nairobi. The successful candidate will be required to grow the customer base by ensuring a higher conversion rate of trail customers. He/she MUST be tech-savvy, excellent software solution inbound sales background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage new inbound opportunity customers on email/phone.
- Perform online demos & training sessions to showcase the software.
- Creating and editing training videos and helpdesk articles with images and tests.
- Arranging monthly online webinars & conducting advanced features demonstrations.
- Use tools to track the progress of each trial and report success rate proactively.
- Collect feedback on each failed trial and input to management daily.
- Work with the support team to ensure GPS devices are working flawlessly.
- 100% responsible for onboarding the customer during their trial period.
Qualification:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates with a Technology / Software solution Company will have a distinct advantage.
- Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in (Inbound) Sales.
- Ability to work independently, think out of the box and solve problems.
- Passionate about client relationship management & ensuring effective rapport.
