Tips to prepare for a Psychometric Test
While psychometric test vary depending on the provider, there are a few things you can do to make sure that you are not startled when an employer request that you take one.
Such tips include: finding out what the employer is looking for in the right candidate, getting in good physical and mental shape which means if you are expected to take a psychometric test, this is not the time to go out and indulge with friends the whole night. You need to be relaxed and in your right mind.
