Our client, a well-established construction and security company is looking to recruit a self-driven Technical Sales Executive. The successful candidate must have a technical background with a minimum of 1-year experience in field sales. Experience selling security solutions is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand direct sales by increasing market reach.
- Canvassing the market & identifying suitable distributor outlets.
- Developing supplier-distributor relationships.
- Monitoring new distributor stocks and sales.
- Handle & maintain good relationships with high value clients and market the corporate portfolio.
- Initiate sales through marketing existing products and inform clients of new products.
- Promote Cross-selling.
- Follow up on all enquiries given by the company and close sales as expected.
- Coordinate and manage all confirmed projects until satisfactorily completed.
- Follow up on invoicing and payments of all projects handled.
- Report daily by email on intended schedules & the outcomes of meetings to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Diploma of Degree in a technical field.
- Must have at least one year experience in field sales.
- Experience selling security solutions is an added advantage.
- Must be self-driven.
- Must possess good negotiation skills.
- Strong influencing ability and compelling communication skills.
- Must possess good communication skills.
