Our client, a Global Management Consulting Firm, is looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to offer support in the Kenyan office. The successful candidate MUST have relevant experience offering support to partners, Managing Directors and Project Leaders. He/she must have the ability to support multiple senior managers & excellent organization skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational support for Project Leaders, Principals, Partners and Partners & Managing Directors.
- Support communication with clients & consulting team.
- Schedule travel planning & monitor travel dates.
- Responsible for handling all incoming & outgoing mail/e-mail communication.
- Organisation & updating of case files and maintaining contacts.
- Generation & punctual submission of timesheets and other expenses.
- Documentation of client projects, presentations, invoices, including tracking.
- Compilation of proposals & presentations in collaboration with Visual Services.
- Organisation of meetings and events.
- Support of Practice Area and committee work as needed.
- Support planning & organization of selected office events.
Qualification:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Administration or a relevant field.
- Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience as an assistant in a professional services firm.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Competent, professional bearing & dealings with clients and co-workers.
- Strong communication and team skills.
- Willingness to think creatively and take on responsibility.
- Independent, structured work style and assertiveness.
- Ability to multi-task and complete a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility, dedication, and ability to work under pressure.
- Absolute integrity, discretion, and a sense of responsibility.
- Coordination, organizational, and improvisational talent.
- Pleasant, polite manners and charisma.
- Proficient computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
