Our Client, an independent estate agent in Nairobi, is looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive & Office Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be required to perform digital marketing tasks as well as assist in manning the office. The desired candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience as a Digital Marketing executive. BA in Marketing/IT is desired. The successful candidate should preferably reside in Karen or its environs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with team members to develop and understand digital marketing strategies.
- Develop and write marketing content to be deployed across social media channels
- Create and manage new social media channels.
- Analyze reports to create insights that will help drive digital marketing content strategies.
- Update the company website with timely and relevant information.
- Greet guests enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive experience.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
- Bachelor’s Degree In Business Management with a marketing or IT major.
- Must be extremely detail oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
- Flexible in work functions and duties.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel) essential.
- Must be organised and efficient.
- Must be a creative thinker.
